But in the end 80% of sellers list with an agent. The reason for this is once signing with an agent the stress is off you. I handle all the showings, and most importantly the advertising and marketing. I personally put myself on the line paying for advertising. This should re-assure any seller that i will work hard. If I don't I'm out the money and you don't lose anything! So why not take the stress off yourself!

Internet Presence ...... 84% of home buyers use the internet to locate homes for sale. It is a great starting point for buyers to get an idea of what they want. MLS... The multiple Listing Service is a great way to advertise your home to thousands of agents, a tool only an agent has.

Photo tour.... This allows me to put up to twelve pictures of your house on the mls. in my opinion this helps to only bring buyers who are serious about your home.

MLS public web site... The website www.utahrealestate.com is available to the public to virtually tour your home.

Local Home tour... This is a tour the agents in cache valley do on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with your permission I will bring some of the agents to see your home, allowing them to bring potential buyers.

Open house... I will hold an open house on a saturday to generate the public viewing your home. After the first open house I will hold them as needed to sell your home.

Flyers... I will provide flyers to put in front of your house, and also take them to your neighbors. This allows them to help "choose their new neighbors" often time they have a friend or family member who loves the area.

Real Estate book... these are distributed throughout cache valley and are a great way to get your house noticed.
